1. Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry beef lightly until golden brown. Remove from oil and set aside. 2.
In same pan add a tbsp oil and fry onions to golden brown then add
tomato paste and garlic and fry while stirring for 30 secs. 3. Add water to pan and the beef to bring to a boil till meat is tender. 4. Add peanut and spinach. 5. lastly add the remaining spices and taste for salt and pepper.
