4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter/lard
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, add the salt, and baking powder and mix. Then you add in the butter or lard, and mix till it is coarse in texture. Mix in the water, little at a time. Dough should not be sticky. Transfer dough to a flat surface and knead well.
2. Flour your your rolling board and roll the dough. It shouldnt be well rolled out, just little. Then you cut the dough into 24 pieces and make a ball. You roll out each dough one by one on a floured surface.
3. Heat your pieces in a tortilla maker or you can use a non stick pan. When tortilla starts to bring out bubble you then turn it to the other side.

4. Put each tortilla in a tortilla warmer. This is the best and simplest tortilla i have ever made. You can make a sauce to eat with or make burrito.
